visiting Holland

I've stayed 1.5 weeks with Charlotte (one of my best friends) until last Wednesday as her mum and husband were on honeymoon and it was absolutely lovely to spend some good time with her! But sometimes I think I shouldn't do things like that as we just end up getting closer which means it'll be harder to go. Sophie (another best friend) is coming over today as well and staying at my house for most of my last 3 weeks as we never seem to make enough time for each other so that definitely does the job haha, which will be sooo nice as I love spending time with that girl, but that same thought goes through my mind. However I think I'm just going to let that thought pass as I'd prefer to make more memories with my friends the last few weeks than locking myself in my bedroom.

I left to Holland on Wednesday until yesterday and felt at home the first moment I left the plane. I don't know what it is but I just feel so comfortable around Dutch people. Not that I don't usually get along with people, but there's something that just clicks with other Dutch people. I also like hearing the Dutch language being spoken around me, I mean Holland's where I from so I guess it makes sense that I feel comfortable in my own country. We were staying a couple of houses down from our house, which was ideal as we could do lots to our house, like putting wallpaper up, cleaning, fix some things etc, it's all slowly coming together.  The last two picture are my room:)

23 days until I leave! I'm excited, sad, nervous, and every feeling you could feel! I'm going with Jitske my best friend from Holland to my uni in Holland that I'll be going to on the 14th of June to see what it's like and to ask questions. So that'll hopefully clear some more questions up for the Holland part. The Ghana part is just hard to know what to ask and what to expect. People will ask me questions and my answer a lot of the time is: I'm not sure.. But they'll be answered as soon as I get there I'm sure and I also can email them at any time to ask them questions! Now just gotta continue revising for my 5 exams next week and the following, while trying to still see as many friends as I can.
